During this tour we will take you to the wonderful South Coast for a glacier hike on Sólheimajökull glacier. After having a glacier experience we will warm up in the hot spring river in Reykjadalur valley.

Iceland is located on the border of two tectonic plates and Reykjanes peninsula is one of the places where you can see the border between continents. This tour has it all: volcanic caves and lava fields, black sand beaches, geothermal areas, basalt columns and a bridge between continents.

The Golden Circle and Northern Lights tour will take you to the most famous Icelandic attractions – UNESCO World Heritage site Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir geothermal area. After half a day of sightseeing your guide will find best place to spot the northern lights.

Glymur is the one of the highest waterfalls in Iceland with 198 meters (only Morsárfoss in Vatnajokull glacier is around 30 meters taller). The waterfall is located in Hvalfjordur – The Whale Fjord just an hour drive from Reykjavik. The hike to Glymur takes about 2,5-3 hours and it is on of the most incredible day hikes close to Reykjavik.

During this tour we will take you into the underground world of amazing lava cave Leidarendi and visit South Coast of Iceland for unforgettable walk on Solheimajokull glacier.
