Northern lights and caving
Iceland is located on the border of two tectonic plates, that causes high volcanic activity on the surface. During eruptions, when rivers of lava flows through the terrain, the ceiling cools down faster than the inside creating volcanic caves. During this tour we will take you into the underground world of the amazing lava cave Leiðarendi. This tour is a wonderful combo with The Northern Lights Hunt.

Glymur is the one of the highest waterfalls in Iceland with 198 meters (only Morsárfoss in Vatnajokull glacier is around 30 meters taller). The waterfall is located in Hvalfjordur – The Whale Fjord just an hour drive from Reykjavik. The hike to Glymur takes about 2,5-3 hours and it is on of the most incredible day hikes close to Reykjavik.
